THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
Keep the customer, the work, and the amount together. Stripe handles the online checkout; ServiceKeel keeps the invoice connected to the job.
Choose the customer, add your services and prices, and check the scope, total, and due date. Create the invoice yourself or use the optional AI assistant to prepare a draft.
Send the invoice and give the customer access to their customer portal. For an eligible unpaid invoice, they can choose Pay invoice and complete payment on Stripe’s hosted checkout.
ServiceKeel updates the invoice balance after confirming the payment with Stripe. View payments and payouts in your Stripe connection to see the next step toward your bank account.
